All right. How was your first day of the summit? Lived up to expectations?

Outstanding. So I have some good news for you: we have even more. It ain't over yet for the first day.

Before we do that, you've probably gone to a lot of great talks today. We would love to hear your feedback about those. Go to the schedule online and please enter your feedback for that. It's so helpful for Gene and the programming committee and the speakers. Feedback is a gift, and sharing is caring.

You also probably had to make some tough decisions about which talks you were going to attend. We have some great news about that, too. We're going to be taking all of the videos from all of the talks today and over the course of the next two days and uploading them into a fantastic resource, which is the video library we have.

So the thought I want to leave you with as we leave to go to the expo hall, and we're heading to the industry party: imagine yourself up there. You're talking to a bunch of people about the day. You have a drink in your hand.

Just observe how you're standing. Are you in a circle? Are you kind of closed off? You haven't made any space for a new person or a new conversation to enter? Kind of closed off like a donut?

Or are you standing with a spot to allow people to come into that conversation, open and welcoming like a croissant?

That's the lesson I want to leave you with. Don't be a donut.
